Sachin Tomar is an experienced Court Clerk and Paralegal with hands-on exposure to litigation support, court filings, document management, and procedural compliance across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth conduct of legal proceedings by assisting in filing, document preparation, record management, and court-related coordination.

With practical experience before the District Courts of Delhi, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Sachin possesses a sound understanding of filing procedures and court registry practices. He has also handled matters relating to complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and various civil and commercial proceedings.

Prior to joining the Chambers, Sachin worked with reputed law firms in New Delhi, where he was responsible for court filings, preparation of paper books, PDF conversion, OCR processing, bookmarking, procurement of certified copies, filing of process fee, and maintenance of legal records and documentation. His proficiency in document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word enables efficient handling of voluminous litigation records and court filings.
