Adv. Kumar Deepraj is a first-generation young, passionate lawyer who primarily deals in Civil, Commercial, and White Collar Crimes. He also represents clients in Criminal matters but limited to Appellate/Writ jurisdiction.

 

Deepraj has worked at the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India. He has assisted in the drafting of some major legislative Bills like Fugitive Economic Offenders Bill, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Bill, the Surrogacy Amendment Bill, National Investigation Agency Amendment Bill, etc. He has also worked closely with PadmaShree Late Prof. (Dr.) N.R. Madhava Menon (the father of Indian Modern Legal Education) for a couple of conferences.
