Junaid Khan is an experienced Court Clerk and Paralegal with hands-on exposure to litigation support, court filings, document management, and procedural compliance across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth conduct of legal proceedings by assisting in filing, document preparation, record management, and court-related coordination.

With practical experience before the District Courts of Delhi, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Junaid possesses a sound understanding of filing procedures and court registry practices.

Prior to joining the Chambers, Junaid worked with reputed law firms and Law Chambers in New Delhi, where he was responsible for court filings, preparation of paper books, PDF conversion, OCR processing, bookmarking, procurement of certified copies, filing of process fee, and maintenance of legal records and documentation. His proficiency in document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word enables efficient handling of voluminous litigation records and court filings.
